Conception of electronic library in SPSTL SB RAS
The authors treat electronic library as a management system for full-text electronic publications in a traditional library. It is from this viewpoint that they deliver the aim, forms and methods of electronic fund formation, approaches to its catalogue and preservation, access for readers. General library structure is described, main directions of its development are shown.
