Design principles for implementation of the distributed medium of the atlas Atmospheric aerosols of Siberia
In this paper we address the principles for the design of the distributed medium of atlas "Atmospheric aerosols of Siberia". The atlas is capable to execute a number of important fundamental functions of the informational-computational medium for automation of the atmospheric studies. It solves the following problems: a significant expansion of the community of specialists who can use modern technologies in monitoring and analysis of the environment, storage of huge amounts of empirical data in an integrated repository and providing the tools for estimation of the potential impact of the climate's global change on the environment.
