Processing of monitoring results and identification of changes in the climatic system
The problems of thorough description, analysis, identification of ensemble of states and estimation of changes in the nature-climatic system are discussed. Techniques, algorithms and technologies for instrumental data processing, calculation of integrated estimation characteristics of changeability of the natural-climatic system, mapping of the state ensemble in the phase space of estimation characteristics are presented in this paper.
