Water quality and problems of water consumption management in river Tom basin
The most stringent restrictions on using of Tom' river water are not associated with its deficit but with low water quality that caused by both natural and anthropogenic factors. An anthropogenic impact the most adversely affects content of some organic and biogenic substances, while mineralization is affected in a lesser degree.
