Achievement of best degree approximation of integrals of functions from Wm2 (R2) on lattice cubature formulas by rotation of lattice
The article is devoted to proof of achievement of best degree approximation on lattice cubature formulas, given in W2m(R2). The best degree is achieved by means of the special turn of the lattice.
