Electronic publications in Internet and Russian coding multiplicity
The paper analyzes the problems caused by the existence of many various systems of coding Russian files in electronic publications and the methods of their solution for WWW electronic publications are described employing an identifying and re-coding proxi-server implemented on the SB RAS WWW server.
