Comparative analysis of some difference schemes for two-phase filtration problems without capillary forces
The classical oil-water displacement problem with given full discharge and without capillary and gravitational forces in one-dimensional case is considered (The Buckley --- Leverett problem). Six explicit difference schemes are compared using this initial-boundary value problem and methods of a posteriori analysis. Two new modifications of the well-known schemes are suggested.
