Numerical simulation in heat power engineering
The paper contains some results of numerical simulation of work processes in different advanced patterns of boiler units of thermal power stations. They are a pulverized-coal fired boiler with a vortex furnace, fluidized bed boiler and pulverized-coal burner with a plasma firing. The flow fields and basis performances of these objects are investigated. A simple control algorithm for power level of fluidized bed boiler is elaborated. The results of numerical simulations can be used in heat power industry as some recommendations.
