Calculation of parameters of intermixing layer in reservoir using different methods of approximation of advection in eddy-resolving model
The results of numerical experiments with eddy-resolving models are presented. The monotonic and centered-difference advection schemes are used. The equivalence of the schemes is shown with the condition of optimal spectral characteristics of model. Numerical calculations and full-scale data are compared.
