Nonlinear hybrid GaAs/AlGaAs multilayer-heterostructures for high-speed information processing
In this paper we present numerical results on the nonlinear optical, electrical, electrooptical and optoelectronic properties of hybrid GaAs/AlGaAs multilayer-heterostructures. These structures exhibit fast nonlinear properties and high sensitivity which can be used for high-speed information processing in microwave-photonics.
