Modification of the PIC-MCC algorithm for CCRF discharge plasma modeling
Kinetic and hybrid models for CCRF discharge in chemically active mixture in a multicomponent low pressure plasma are presented. Modifications of the PIC-MCC algorithm leading to acceleration of calculations are proposed.
