A parallel implementation of an algorithm for calculation of a two-dimensional unsteady gas flow through porous objects with heat sources
A parallel computational algorithm for studies of two-dimensional (plane and axially symmetric) unsteady gas flows through a porous media of complex shape with energy sources has been developed. It is shown that the object-oriented approach made it possible to develop a distributed computational algorithm and to automate an assignment of the object geometry without essential changes of the code. Calculations of two-dimensional unsteady gas cooling regimes for porous heat releasing objects with a stepwise complex upper part leading to appearance of stagnation zones, have been carried out on the multiprocessor computer MPC-15K. The parallel algorithm efficiency has been analyzed.
