On the Stresses Principle of Cauchy
Necessity of a re-formulation of the Cauchy principle for stresses followed by a re-formulation of the conservation laws (momentum and energy) is discussed. New equations governing viscous gas motion and incompressible fluid motion, which differ from the Navier-Stokes equations are derived.
