Pilot project of the satellite information-telecommunication system
Intensive transition to an information society and greater utilization of information technologies in various fields of our life rises a need for creation and application of the satellite information-telecommunication systems. Satellite information-telecommunication systems (SITS) include the satellite telecommunication transport environment and a structured system of electronic services. The system of electronic services consists of a uniform identification system, personified portal systems, a system of sluices, databases and program applications.
