Semisynchronous double stochastic flow of events when the dead time is prolonged
The evaluation problem of the dead time duration in a semisynchronous double stochastic flow of events, which appears to be a mathematical model of informational flows circulating in the telecommunication networks, is considered. The results on the prolonged dead time are given.
