Application of computer algebra systems for construction of partially invariant and differentially invariant solutions
Steady 2D Navier-Stokes equations of a compressible viscous and heat-conducting perfect gas with polytropic state equation are considered in the paper. Computer algebra methods were utilized for study of the compatibility analysis of overdetermined systems of differential equations. One partially invariant set of solutions is presented as an illustration of the method. An example of differentially invariant solution is also presented.
